Negotiating the deal - This is often the most difficult part of the process for sellers who love their home. I can help you be objective in considering offers. I will use my skills as an experienced negotiator to get you the best price and terms of sale.

Navigating through escrow - The deal isn't done when an offer is received. I will stay in touch with the buyers, financing, title company and any other concerned parties and manage any problems that come up. Most importantly, I will also stay in close touch with you, the seller, throughout the process to and beyond the close of escrow.
